I offer a holistic approach by blending Life Coaching, Energy Healing, and Bodywork to support your breakthroughs and deep healing.

It is my top priority to provide you a welcoming and grounded healing environment. I founded, Upsoul Center, a holistic health and wellness center, as a response to what I felt was missing in NYC. We are all humans in need of genuine support. My colleagues and I are ready to share our extensive knowledge of health, well-being, and personal growth with you.
